(XSF) has successfully turned-over the Tribal Hall (Tulogan) and the Bantay sa Yutang Kabilin (BYK) equipment to the Bayawon, Lucday, Lungayan, Pendonay, Tandacol Tribal Association, Inc. (BLLUPENTTRAS Inc.) on March 22, 2019, at Sitio Tandacol, Barangay Lilingayon, Valencia City, Bukidnon.
