Last 21 November 2020, Xavier Science Foundation, Inc. in partnership with the Ateneo School of Government organized a series of webinar on agriculture, food security and health nutrition.
Food security, especially in the provinces, is better attained at the community level where the producers and consumers are collaborating to ensure food security while sustaining the livelihoods of farmers and local producers. It is envisioned that involving the youth can contribute in facilitating this connection into having a fairer and more equitable food value chain.
This forum will air voices of the youth from Northern Mindanao in setting up locally managed food value chains.
